Set Up Your Product Inventory
Add all your hair products to the system
Click on "Inventory Management" in the menu. This is where you'll add all your hair products.
What you'll need:
- Product names (e.g., "Brazilian Bundle 16" Deep Wave")
- Prices for retail and wholesale customers
- How many pieces you have in stock
- Product categories (Bundles, Closures, Frontals, etc.)

Add Your Customers
Register your regular customers and set their pricing
Go to "Customer Management" to add your customers. This helps you track who buys what and gives discounts to wholesalers.
Tip: Mark your regular bulk buyers as "Wholesale" customers to give them special prices automatically.

Start Selling with POS
Use the Point of Sale system to sell products
Click "Point of Sale" to start selling. Search for products, add them to cart, and complete the sale.

Check reports and analytics regularly
Use the "Reports" section to see how your business is doing. Know your best-selling products, generate reports see your and busiest days.
Remember: Check your reports every week to see what's selling well and what needs more stock.

- Enter how many pieces you have in stock
- Click "Add Product" to save
Example: "Brazilian Bundle 16" Deep Wave" - Retail: ₦25,000, Wholesale: ₦22,000, Stock: 50 pieces
The system automatically shows the correct price based on your customer type:
- Retail customers: Pay the higher price (what you charge individual buyers)
- Wholesale customers: Get the lower price (for bulk buyers who buy many pieces)
When selling, just select the customer and the system will use the right price automatically.
The dashboard shows "Low Stock Alerts" - these are products you need to order more of.
- Go to "Supplier Orders" to place a new order
- Choose the product and how many pieces you need
- The system will track when your order arrives
Tip: Always keep at least 20-30 pieces of your best-selling lengths in stock.
After completing a sale in Point of Sale:
- Click "Complete Sale"
- The system will automatically print a receipt
- If printing doesn't work, click "Print Receipt" again
Receipts show: products sold, prices, total amount, and your business details.
The dashboard shows your monthly sales at the top. For detailed reports:
- Click "Reports & Analytics" in the menu
- Look at the "Monthly Revenue" table
- See breakdown between wholesale and retail sales
You can also export reports to Excel for your accountant.
